The Civil War

The Lord's Resistance Army and the Ugandan Government fought a bloody civil war for over two decades until the LRA was pushed out of Uganda into the Democratic Republic of Congo and Central African Republic. To this day, the LRA is still present and fighting in Central and East Africa. The war in Uganda went almost unnoticed by the international community
at the time.
